who doesn't love a good old fashioned chocolate cake?  sometimes the urge comes like a freight train to have some cake with a glass of cold milk; and this recipe (appropriately called 'i want chocolate cake') delivers big in both simplicity and taste.  happy lazy sunday.  xx, dana

p.s.  the recipe could be easily adaptable for a wheat-free or gluten-free version.  i usually do wheat-free for liam as he has a sensitivity to wheat.
