happy mother's day!  this italian dessert is one of my all-time favorites.  tiramisu made with layers of lady finger cookies soaked in espresso, mascarpone cheese sweetened with just the right amount of sugar, and shaved chocolate as the crowning glory.  it's the bomb.  xx, dana
